Train in a university dental clinic in Santo Domingo. Our 5-day immersive implantology course program delivers structured, high-volume live-patient experience with small-group mentoring and standardized protocols for planning, asepsis, and safe execution.
30 Implants Guaranteed (as Primary Surgeon)
Build rock-solid fundamentals through high-volume repetition.
You will place 30 implants (guaranteed) and assist on additional cases — mastering case selection, flap design, osteotomy sequence, insertion torque, immediate implants when indicated, basic GBR/socket preservation, suturing, and postop protocols.
Work in pairs of two, rotating surgeon/assistant to maximize your learning.
7 Lateral Sinus Lifts Guaranteed
For experienced clinicians. Perform 7 lateral-window sinus lifts (guaranteed) under expert mentorship.
Expand competence with advanced augmentation (ridge split/augmentation, immediate implants with GBR, selected full-arch indications when appropriate).
Maintain the two-per-chair format with dedicated instructor oversight and CBCT-based planning.
Theory Prerequisite
If you don’t have one yet, complete HKU’s “Implant Dentistry” (Coursera) — a respected, structured online program — and upload the certificate before attending IDIT.

All surgeries take place inside UOD’s modern dental clinic, with multiple operatories, CBCT and digital X-ray, and hospital-level sterilization.

- Receive personalized support as you integrate implants into your practice.
