Professional details: specialty, practice name, years in practice, license number, issuing authority/state, expiration date, AGD member number (optional).
Documents (uploads): passport (photo page), dental license, dental degree/diploma, headshot (for badge/certificate), basic implantology theory certificate (required for Level 1 & Level 2), and experience proof for Level 2 (e.g., log/statement of implants placed).
Preferences: course level, dates, scrub size, dietary/accessibility needs, learning goals.
Communications: messages you submit via forms or email.

Device & usage data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, timestamps.
